Refund & Returns Policy

All 2Hypt products are custom-made and made to order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for one of the following, subject to review and approval:

1. Full Refund – Issued to your original payment method.
2. Replacement – A replacement item may be sent when appropriate.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

How to Submit a Claim

To report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@2hypt.com and include the following:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging, if available
- A brief description of the issue

All claims are reviewed manually, and approval is required before any refund or replacement is issued.

Size Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for size, fit, color, or style. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local post office or shipping carrier
- File a claim directly with the carrier, if applicable

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, replacement or refund is not guaranteed. However, we may assist where reasonably possible.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after purchase and are not guaranteed.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or production.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide supporting documentation, including:

- Proof of delivery
- Proof of policy agreement at checkout
- Communication records
- Order details and claim history

Abuse of chargebacks or payment disputes may result in restriction from future purchases.
