Order Processing Time

All 2Hypt products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order confirmation is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods, including product drops, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be longer than usual.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated transit times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, weather, and other factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipment confirmation is sent.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
- High shipping volume periods
- Events outside of our reasonable control

If your package is delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

- The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or production.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local post office or shipping carrier
- File a claim with the carrier if applicable

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, replacement or refund is not guaranteed. However, we may assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

To submit a claim, please email support@2hypt.com and include:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging, if available
- A brief description of the issue

All claims are reviewed manually. If approved, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We do not accept general returns, exchanges, or claims for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or style preference.

Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. In most cases, a return will not be required unless we specifically request it.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.

2Hypt is not responsible for customs delays, import processing delays, or additional fees charged after shipment.

Failed Delivery or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs fees, failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address provided by the customer:

- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
