3. Orders and Made-to-Order Products

All 2Hypt products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printify.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable products, or other suspicious activity.

Once an order has entered processing or production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All payment processing is handled securely through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by production times, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, inaccurate shipping information, high-volume periods, or other factors outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. 2Hypt is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.

6. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or style preferences.

Refunds or replacements may be available only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, subject to review and approval.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier and must include sufficient photo evidence of the item and, when available, the packaging.

Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for approved claims involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In most cases, a return will not be required unless we specifically request it.
